Another LJdPB Scenario is ready for your playtesting: 2nd Inonu March/April 1921

The Le Journal De Petite Battailes scenario for part of the Battle of 2nd Inonu/Avgin-Kovalica is now ready. This was the scenario I had almost finished when my depression hit hard and put a stop at all my hobby activity. I am glad to present it to you all. As usual you can either get it form the Material for Wargaming Page of this blog or by clicking this link LJdPB 2nd Inonu. Next up should be Olustee and Gisikon.

Old Material Found again: 1866-1869 France-USA War

In the old Leadhead PhD I had made a number of posts on a fictional US-France war over Mexico in  1865-1868. I now saw that the wayback machine on the internet archive had saved part of it. I quickly made it into a pdf and uploaded it to my google drive. You can get it by going to the Material for Wargaming Page of this blog or directly at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1b6dbx2leqtkxh6Ij-Gg-IxcJwQJdx2EZ/view?usp=sharing .

Touched a brush after three or four months.

Nothing fancy. Just finishing some of Perry 15th Century Men at Arms in livery from Mark Smylie's setting of Artesia.

Update: Slowly Healing

My bad move is done. The new place is much better, if much more expensive. Most of the unpacking is done. So I am slowly getting better. This Tuesday I even had the energy to go and play at XP Games. We played a three player Arena Mortis, a mode for Age of Sigmar, Underworlds, which is something like a computer game free for all. Quite fun, light on rules but not gameplay, and played in two hours.

I also treated myself to theater, for the first time after four years. The play was Macbeth, but a one hour version organized and directed by one of my colleagues. It was quite good.

Let us see, I might even get the energy to paint something. Would that not be grand!
